Mid West Ports Procurement is responsible for the procurement of all goods and services.
Mid West Ports has partnered with Felix, to provide a Vendor Database and a Source to Contract Platform which is to be used to onboard, prequalify and manage vendors related to the procuring of goods and services.
Felix is an online solution where vendors will create a profile including their service/s capability, answer questionnaires, upload compliance documents, and view and respond to Request for Quotes (RFQs) from Mid West Ports.

Contractors/Suppliers
All contractors required to work on a Mid West Ports site must work in accordance with the Mid West Ports Staff Members and Contractors Handbook.
Suppliers of goods and services to the Port must view the Mid West Ports Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract for Purchase of Goods or Services document to ensure compliance.
Local Procurement
Wherever possible the port will procure goods and services from local suppliers who have the necessary skills and experience.
Local suppliers are encouraged to submit capability statements to the Port demonstrating their skills and experience. All correspondence should be submitted to the Procurement mailbox [email protected].
