Mid West Ports has launched its Not-for-Profit (NFP) Partnership Program, offering $22,400 in funding and in-kind support to local organisations over three years. This program is an opportunity for regional groups to secure vital resources, following in the footsteps of previous partners like the Geraldton Surf Life Saving Club, ATLAS, and Theatre 8 Inc.
Now in its fourth year, the NFP Partnership Program enables Mid West Ports to form long-term partnerships with community-driven organisations making a difference across the region. The program provides selected recipients with a mix of financial support, maintenance services, administrative assistance, and promotional opportunities to help them thrive.
CEO Damian Tully applauded the program’s success, saying, “We’re proud to see our Not-for-Profit Partnership Program continue to grow and make an impact. Through our partnerships with local organisations like the Geraldton Surf Life Saving Club, ATLAS, and Theatre 8 Inc. we’ve seen firsthand the power of collaboration and the lasting benefits these relationships bring to the Mid West community.”
Organisations eligible for the 2025 program must align with Mid West Ports' values of accountability, caring, courage, collaboration, and integrity. The program focuses on initiatives related to environmental sustainability, community welfare, youth education, and Indigenous support programs.
Applications for the 2025 NFP Partnership Program open 4 November 2024 and close 24 December 2024.
