Development Fees
Development Guidelines apply to all land and waters that are managed by Mid West Ports Authority.
Mid West Ports requires Proponents to pay an assessment fee that covers the administration, assessment, management and review costs incurred by MWPA, from receipt of the Development Application through to the close-out of the Approval once all Development Conditions have been complied with, which must be done prior to the commencement of operations.
